Protection and processing of personal data

1. The customer’s personal data is processed in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act.
2. treimann.ee collects the Consumer’s personal data when creating a customer account and/or placing an order.
3. The personal data processed are the Consumer’s name, email address, mobile phone number and preferences.
4. treimann.ee uses personal data to provide, develop and personalise services to the Consumer. These services are in particular the sale of goods to Consumers on the treimann.ee website and the provision of personalised offers.
5. By entering the data in the online shop and with the corresponding confirmation, the Consumer grants the right to collect and process the Consumer’s personal data and to forward the data necessary for the delivery of the goods to the logistics partner.
6. treimann.ee has the right to use the address of the Consumer’s residence or place of registration for the purpose of sending advertising and other information to the Consumer.
7. The Consumer has the right at any time to object to the collection and use of their personal data, unless this is necessary for the enforcement of a contractual claim or the delivery of goods. The above consent to the use of personal data cannot be revoked retroactively.
8. The use of electronic personal data for the purpose of direct mail will only take place if the Consumer has consented to this on the treimann.ee website.
9. Encrypted data communication with banks when paying for purchases ensures the security of the Consumer’s personal banking details, to which treimann.ee does not have access.
10. treimann.ee does not transfer personal data received about the Customer to third parties.
